Nothing is more stressful than trying to get your Practice Management Software to work when you have a lobby full of patients ready to check-in. Our practice had been using the same Medisoft vendor beginning with the DOS versions of the 90’s up to Version 15. We had questions about a new version and decided to open up our vendor options after not getting the answers we were seeking.
